The Tomorrow People (1973): John visits the Thargon "thick-ship", where the Thargons tell him that Flyn and Sula are wanted criminals. The local military take Flyn and Sula into custody, where they offer to build a Ripper Ray for General Papa Minn, a mad despot, saying he can use it to rule the Earth.
