Italy Unpacked: Andrew and Giorgio start in Liguria, a region bordered by mountains and that also has a rocky coastline which inspired the English Romantic poets. Their first stop is the city of Genoa which has opulent Baroque palaces with imposing facades, glamorous decor and splendid paintings by artists including van Dyck and Bernardo Strozzi.
