In Mexico, four survivalists attempt to endure 21 days in the ancient Mayan jungle, where humans were once sacrificed to the gods. Battling relentless mosquitoes, torrential storms and stinging wasps, the survivalists must merge into a tribe if they hope to exit the hellscape.
