Rosario + Vampire: The Newspaper club returns from summer vacation to the beginning of their 2nd semester and discover that their club has a new challenge in the form of a rival club "The Super Newspaper Club". With the new club constantly beating them to the punch, things are looking pretty hopeless for newspaper club. To make matters worse, the new club is being backed by the Public Safety Commission.
