Home Improvement: Mark has been having trouble at school. Tim and Jill then have a meeting with Mark's teacher and they begin to get concerned as to what's going on. Tim and Jill make constant checks on Mark to see what's wrong with him. Jill thinks maybe they're neglecting him, but she couldn't be more wrong.
