Growing Up Twisted: Suzette upsets her son Jesse when she tries to pierce the ears of his daughter, her granddaughter. Feeling a bit of empty nest syndrome Suzette urges Dee to see about reversing his vasectomy and visits her doctor but learns she won't be able to have a baby. Dee senses her sadness and suggests adoption. Before they can see an attorney to start the adoption process, a social worker from Child Protective Services shows up at the house since Cheyenne told her school counselor about her sparring match with her mom. The pending CPS case shatters the couple's dream to adopt and the kids shatter the dream in their own devious ways.
